it. They will also advise you how to use our fully equipped gyms and ask you to
complete a pre-exercise questionnaire for health and safety
purposes. Need a bit of one to one?  Sometimes you get to a point where you need some one-to-one
attention to help you gain the results you're looking for. Our team
of personal trainers will
be able to help you achieve your goals. They will also be able to
help if you are training for a particular event, whether it is a
mini marathon or a triathlon or you just need some individual
support to encourage you to work that little bit harder. All our personal trainers are fully qualified members of REPs
(Register of Exercise Professionals) so you can be sure of their

Sessions are available in blocks of one, three or ten. 
Group exercise? We know how important it is to make sure we've got the right
classes on at the right time. There's a whole range of class types to suit your needs. We have split our classes into six
categories to help you choose the best class for you. - - Intro to.. (the opportunity to sample different classes)
- - Calorie burning
- - Muscle toning and endurance
- - All-over body work-out
- - Re-energise and relax
- Specialist class (such as Dance, Pilates, Karate, Running and
Body Jam)
