Newsflash! Please note that both pools will be closed on Friday 22nd
August for an upgrade. They'll open again on Saturday. We're
very sorry for any inconvenience. The first thing you'll notice about our Crawley club is the warm
welcome. And if you haven't visited us since our extensive £600,000
refurbishment, then now is the time. As part of the refurbishment we have introduced 20 new Star
Track spin bikes and an extended free weights area, as well as
highly acclaimed Power Plate. Just ask any member of the gym team
if you need any guidance.
You can also take your pick from a varied weekly timetable of
classes (including those that exercise both body and mind). Or
relax in the beautifully-kept pool, sauna and steam room, then head
for a restorative treat with a health and beauty treatment.
